Woodland and Walks

With access to huge amounts of woodland, coastal zones and walks, West Loch Shores Tarbert or Brenfield are ideal self catering timber lodges for you to unwind in after a long walk, or to relax in during your stay.

The woodland, under constant monitoring by the forestry commission here, are always well looked after and are one of the best natural conservation areas around.

The shores feature unusual rock formations, and alot of coves and sandy beaches stretching for miles allowing you to walk freely and perhaps meeting one or two passers by in this unpopulated part of Kintyre. Listen to the crashing waves, or in most areas the rippling water just lapping the pebbles or blonde sands.
