There are quite a few resources for walking through and around Kintyre and Argyll
West Loch Shores Tarbert has access to walks close to the site, with forestry right on the very doorstep for you to explore and from West Loch Shores Brenfield Croft there is access to many walks within 20 minutes drive north or south and also you can walk the entire length of the Crinan Canal.

The Kintyre Way is a new walk due to open in April 2006 that will run the length or Kintyre passing places where you can stay whilst you are on the walk. For more information visit the web site here or alternatively visit www.kintyreway.com
