Oban

Oban is the tourism centre of Argyll and the drive from Tarbert or Brenfield affords glorious views of the hills, lochs and sea lochs with some great stopping off places at Cairnbaan, Kilmartin, Ardfern, Craobh Haven and Loch Melfort. It also offers some of the best retail therapy available in Argyll.

If you fancy a day’s Island hopping or a visit to the legendary Balamory then you will find that Oban is the centre for the ferry services to many of the West coast islands.
